Affording lovely walks and cycling through open countryside from the door, it adjoins the owners’ home, overlooking their riding school where lessons and treks can be arranged. Within 2 miles, the Beamish Open Air Museum offers a fascinating day out, Newcastle and the cathedral city of Durham are a short drive and the Northumbrian coast is within an hours drive away. Pub and shop under 2 miles.

Reviews
Had an amazing wonderful break at the three arch cottage. Cottage very cosy and clean beautiful views and nice to see the horses and meet the friendly dogs even our dog archie seemed to like them.It was an ideal place to have a break if you was of to beamish, this we did for a full day and half and would like to visit definitely again it was great.Would like to explore more walks next time and visit Newcastle, an excuse to come back. Thank-you to all the girls at the arch cottage and the owners you where all so friendly.

I would recommend this cottage as it is a very clean and well presented cottage. It is very handy for travelling to Metro Centre. Holy Island, Beamish, Newcastle, Sunderland. Owners are very nice. Overall a very good holiday.
